There is a very strong DM influence here, given G.G.'s other main project Cosmic Putrefaction, but this only makes this project all the richer. Queefer Sutherland This is one of my favorite albums. I just got the last marbled blue vinyl. Surprised it was still available..seeing "1 remaining," in those red letters=must buy now! The work GG is composing between this and the spacey Cosmic Putrefaction is unreal. This one is more of a majestic underwater cavernous vibe if that makes sense. All his releases end up in my top 3 of any given year they're out. Favorite track: Altopiano Celeste.

Kyle Grindberg Brings me to the cerulean depths every time. It's Jonah 2:2-6 put to sound. Favorite track: The Hermit Strums a Mournful Dirge.

thedizzlingone The music aligns seamlessly with the album's central theme and the songs flow as freely as a flooding river. Massive and beautiful. Favorite track: Agoraphobic Solipsist.

Jake W. Listen to this. It's the best thing that G.G. has done so far, and for me to say that with Cosmic Putrefaction being among my favorite bands on the planet, is saying a lot. The riffs, the space, the composition, the mood. It's all perfect and more people need to listen to this album. Buy it.

Sounds like Cthulhu going on a Benadryl and bath-salts fueled rampage through a Guitar Center while a bunch of the fish people from Innsmouth gang bang in the background. The guys from Ulthar sound more focused this time around, compared to the more meandering bits of Helionomicon (which is also awesome, check it out). And the album art... holy shit. Ghuughra
